"Breakfast is the most important meal of the day." Believe it or not, that's actually a myth perpetuated by big cereal; true story. Still, eating a nice healthy, and balanced breakfast can be a great way to get your day going. Every culture has its own version of a nice breakfast, from huevos rancheros to beans on toast. 

But when it comes to a sweet breakfast, even pancakes and waffles with maple syrup might be toast compared to what The Netherlands has to offer. That's because the most famous Dutch breakfast is "bread with sprinkles."

The food TikToker daladixi.jr decided to try and rate the freaky first meal, also known as Hagelslag. After giving it a 2.5 out of 10, he decided to try again, this time with "milk" chocolate sprinkles and Dutch bread, as recommended by his comment section. Lo and behold, these additions brought his rating down to 1.5. "Absolutely ridiculous," he said. 

"The Netherlands out here eating hamster food," betterthanvodka commented. 

"Who the hell eat bread with sprinkles," hengker tukang satir said. 

But plenty of Dutch commenters were still unhappy with his ratings. "Netherlands is currently declaring war on you bro," kirb joked.
